Charles Whitlock of Walkaway Treks explored the Eastern European treasures of Romania and Moldova.

Our fully-escorted tour included return air flights, very interesting accommodation, almost all meals, and some of the most scenic walking in Europe.

We went a walking tour of this astounding metropolis standing at the crossroads of east and west, once known as the little Paris and nowadays making a comeback after the communist period. We saw the stunning communist built Palace of the Parliament, the second largest administrative building on earth. Our farewell dinner was in a downtown restaurant.
