ARMCHAIR SERIES: Spectacular Slovakia

ARMCHAIR SERIES: Spectacular Slovakia

With Charles Whitlock:
Sat., March 14, 2019

Slovakia is a great small mountainous nation, a natural wonder when explored on foot. Slovakia has everything but the sea. It is a landlocked region but when you explore its mountain range, The High Tatras, you won’t miss the oceans at all. Slovakia is rich in history and culture. It offers the walker beautiful, albeit, rugged hiking trails.

ARMCHAIR SERIES: Malta: History and Hikes
Malta: History and Hikes with Charles Whitlock

With Charles Whitlock:
Tues., March 20, 2018

To appreciate this land, one has to walk it. And for those who can't, they did so with Charles and his photo presentation.

Malta, a tiny island located in the Mediterranean Sea, is abundant in history and heritage of the various cultures that lived there. The island offers walkers some of the most stunning views anywhere in the Mediterranean.

35 people attended this pictorial presentation on Malta, my birth place.

We raised $200 for KidsAbility. A roaring success! Thanks to all who attended!
